How a pickup goes
Tell us what's going
Fill the truck above, text a photo or call. Pick a two-hour window, including today if you book by 1 p.m.
See the price on site
We text when we're 30 minutes out. The crew looks at the load and gives you the price before anything moves. Say no and you pay nothing.
Watch it disappear
We carry it out, sweep the spot and drive off. You pay once it's gone, by card or on your phone.
Don't let it get this bad.
Garages, side yards and back rooms fill up one "I'll deal with it later" at a time. Call now, before it takes a whole Saturday and a borrowed truck.
How much truck is that?
Two common kinds of junk, and roughly how much of our truck each pile would fill.
Construction and cleanout debris
A wooden pallet, flattened cardboard and boxes, scrap boards, a glass panel, metal pipe and bagged trash. A container filled to the top like this is about one full truckload.
Full truck
Old appliances and scrap metal
Two electric ranges, a rusted water heater, a window AC unit, an exercise machine, a satellite dish, sheet metal and cable. Metal like this goes to the recycler.
5/8 of a truck
Your old couch doesn't go straight to the dump.
We sort every load. Furniture in good shape goes to Valley thrift stores and shelters. Metal, appliances and electronics go to recyclers.
- Donated: furniture, housewares, clothes and bikes
- Recycled: metal, appliances, electronics and cardboard
- Landfill: only what nobody can use
Don't lift that. Book by 1 p.m. and it's gone today.
From June to September our first crews roll at 6 a.m., so nobody carries a couch across a driveway at 3 in the afternoon.
What the Valley says
"The truck thing on the site said 3/8. That's exactly what they charged. Gone in 25 minutes."
"They got a sleeper sofa down from the second floor without touching a wall, and texted me the donation receipt that night."
"Booked at 11, they came at 2. My mom's garage is usable for the first time in a decade."

Common questions
How do you work out the price?
By how much of the truck your things fill, from 1/8 to a full load. The estimator gives you a range; the crew confirms the exact price on site before loading, in writing.
Do I need to be home?
Not if everything is outside, in the driveway, the yard or at the curb. Leave it out and we'll text you a photo when it's gone. For anything inside, someone needs to let us in.
Do I have to carry things out?
No. The crew lifts from wherever it is, including upstairs, the attic and the back of the garage. That's included in the price.
What happens to my stuff?
Usable furniture and housewares go to local thrift stores and shelters. Metal, appliances and electronics get recycled. Only what's left goes to the landfill.
Can you take a single item?
Yes. One or two items are priced as a 1/8 load, $149. Text us a photo if you're not sure.
Can you come today?
Usually, if you book by 1 p.m. In the summer the schedule fills faster, so call or text early.
Here this morning. Gone by lunch.
Call, text a photo or fill the truck. Most pickups happen the same day.
